The rug was picked up from a customer living in North York and it had a hole inside the rug that needed to be patched up. The rug repair experts recreated the material that was missing and worked around the rug pattern to fix up the rug and make it look new again. After the repair was done, this wool rug was cleaned and delivered back to the customer, who was so happy to see that the rug could be fixed.
